Virtual Online Orientation- several modules to explore and understand the key components of the plan administration and Live Care Advocate Orientation to develop relationships and address specific questions unique to the member.
Sharing the benefits with other like-minded people to strengthen the plan and identifying In/Out of Network providers, joining our social sites and sharing their experiences.
